Slaters Country Hotel & Inn Wedding Photography | September 2016 | Staffordshire
If you dream of wedding venue set in the countryside and surrounded by endless fields then this wedding venue is the perfect choice for you! Katie and Mark got married in September 2016 (Yes, we are still catching up on our blog! 🙂 and their ceremony took place in the New England style wedding house set in the landscaped gardens of this traditional wedding venue. The ceremony room is bright and full of natural light which is perfect for wedding photography.
Katie and Mark’s day…
The weather was absolutely perfect and the happy couple and their dear guests enjoyed all the outdoor space that Slaters have got to offer basking in the lovely warm Autumn sun.
Katie and Mark chose the theme for their Big Day based on Mark’s family history of farming. To this day Mark continues with the family tradition and he adores what he does for living. The wedding guests could comfortably sit on the hay bales scattered around the garden while enjoying the canopies and drinks. Mark and his two best men even arrived on three massive ‘state of the art’ (So, we were told!) tractors. If you look carefully through the photographs you will also find cufflinks shaped as tractors and there might also be a tractor on the wedding cake. These little touches were such a cute idea!
We wish the bride and groom all the best for the future. May the sun always shine on them and their gorgeous farm. 🙂
Lots of love,
Karienne & Elizabeth
