The Upper House Barlaston Wedding day
Sharing a little late due to an amazing year of weddings and little time for the admin! Congratulations to Laurie and Mark. It’s hard to believe how much time has passed since this wedding and yet we have not had the chance to showcase what a beautiful day it was. A local venue for us, a hop, skip and jump over to The Upper House Barlaston in Staffordshire.
I (Liz) have known Laurie and her sister for the best part of 20 years, god that sounds old when I say it out loud! So, being asked to photograph Laurie and Marks wedding was a real privilege with a little tinge of nerves too. It is always a little nerve racking when it’s a friend. Its hard to explain because as much a you feel comfortable around them, you feel super pressured to be even more perfect than perfect could be!
It was a beautiful wedding full of L&M’s closest family and friends with an outdoor ceremony under the summer sun. This pair and their guests know how to party, especially when the pre-dinner sing along kicked off. Truly fabulous to watch and we had a little foot tap (no camera shake 🙂 with evenings entertainment too!
It was also great to see some of the other amazing suppliers that we have worked with many times before.
